HELLO!

LEEJONE WONG is the creator of Momma Comma and Friends, a teacher-recommended picture book series; her third book, Queenie Question Finds a Key, was released through Immortal Jelly Publishing in May (2023). Before her life as an author and artist living in Los Angeles, Leejone taught essay writing at New York University and created Webby award-winning online content for television shows. Her nonfiction writing has appeared on film festival blogs and is included in FUTURE CINEMA, an exhibition catalog published by MIT Press.

In her spare time, Leejone volunteers at 826LA, helping students with creative writing projects and essays for college applications. She has recently become passionate about creating artist books, zines, and Risograph printing.

While Leejone will not be able to respond to everyone, she loves to hear from kids and educators about her books.
